We offer SELF GUIDED TRIPS or limited full GUIDED TRIPS for a fee (we provide all transport), and self Rentals

Trips below are an example and will/can be modified to meet your needs for time and drop-off/pickup. Of course river flows will also dictate the trip plans.

KAYAK/CANOE/PADDLEBOARD/TUBES

PERKIOMEN TRIPS

#1: CRUSHER RD PARK TO FOY PARK
Shuttle upstream to Crusher rd. parking lot and paddle down 2.75 miles to Foy Park (across from Cabin Craft). Trip takes about 1.5 hours.

#2 COMBO: CRUSHER RD PARK TO PERKIOMEN WATERSHED- Portage around dam at Foy Park
Combine the #1 upstream and #3 downstream trips. Portage at Cabin Craft around Foy Park dam. Total trip approx 4 miles and 2.5 hours.

#3: Cabin Craft to PERKIOMEN WATERSHED
Depart from our shop property, paddle down approximately 2 miles to the Route 73 bridge / Perkiomen Watershed parking/pull-out. Trip takes about 1.5 hours.

#4: Cabin Craft to DUCK INN and Taproom

Depart from our shop property, paddle down approximately 4miles to the Duck inn. Trip 2.5-3.5 hours.

Depart from our shop. Paddle down approximately 9 miles to the Hoy Park pull-out. Trip takes about 4-6 hours.

SCHUYLKILL RIVER TRIPS

#1: TOWPATH PARK TO TRINLEY PARK
Start off at Towpath Park on Route 724. Paddle down approximately 6.5 miles to Trinley Park pull out. Trip takes about 3 hours.

#2: Trinley Park to Spring City Boat
Start off at Trinley Park. Paddle down approximately 3.0 miles to Spring City Boat Launch. Trip takes about 1.5-2.0 hours.

#3: LOCK 60 LOOP PHOENIXVILLE
Paddle Lock60 in Phoenixville and float the

Schuylkill. The loop as about 4.5 miles.

TUBING TRIPS

#1: CABIN CRAFT TO MEADOW PARK
Our tube floating trip begin Cabin Craft and floats down to Meadow Park in Schwenksville. Trip takes about 2 hours.

Our tube floating trip begin at Plank Rd - Central Perkiomen Valley Park and ends at The Duck Inn. Trip takes about 1.25 hours.

BIKE + FLOAT ADD-ON OPTIon

#1: Cabin Craft to Green Lane Park and back.
Scenic 7-15 mile bike ride on the Perkiomen Trail from Green Lane Park to our shop, where you will depart for the paddle trip of your choice. Transportation provided for you and your bike if needed.

BEST ACTIVITY VALUE! Adding the bike trip to a float trip is a perfect, inexpensive way to spend the day adventuring outdoors with friends and family

You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy it on our property between trips or afterwards. There is also a pizza restaurant within walking distance of our shop.

GOOD TRIP TIPS

▪ Beginners should take a shorter trip
▪ Bring proper footwear and a dry change of clothing
▪ Bring along a thirst quenching drink (no large coolers and no glass)
▪ Carry food and belongings in a watertight container, including cell phones!
▪ Be courteous to others along the waterway
▪ Protect yourself from the sun
▪ Never use drugs or alcoholic beverages while on the water
▪ Respect the neighbors, stay off private property
▪ Do not litter
